Absolutely loved my time at Riad Norma. Beautifully decorated with unique touches, and the hospitality was on point. Monique welcomed me like family and made sure I felt at home from the moment I arrived. The breakfasts were extensive with multiple delicious courses, showcasing fresh Moroccan breads and pastries. I really appreciated the serene garden and rooftop area, perfect for unwinding after a day's adventure in the Medina. The room itself was spacious and clean, I stayed in the Royal Tosca Suite, which was stunning. However, the shower setup was a bit tricky due to the high tub walls. It might be challenging for taller guests or those with mobility issues. While most communication was smooth, I sometimes found staff who primarily spoke French made it a bit difficult for me. Still, overall, I felt safe and well taken care of during my visit.

beautiful swimming pool area, unique decoration in rooms, proximity to Medina gate
A shower curtain would really help avoid flooding the bathroom floor!!! Also, a few more options for showering instead of soaking in a tub would enhance the experience!!!

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the peaceful ambiance of the riad. The location just inside the Medina made it easy for us to explore all the fascinating spots. Monique and her staff were a huge help, especially with our luggage.
My kids wished the pool was a bit bigger.

During my stay, I enjoyed the peaceful garden where I could relax and listen to birdsong among the flowers. The host was welcoming, making me feel at home right away, much like family. The room was spacious with views of the patio, and I particularly appreciated the delightful breakfast every morning.
Access to the area requires a bit of walking, which might be a downside for some. Wi-Fi access could be improved for easier connectivity.

Beautifully decorated room with exquisite details. The garden area is a true oasis, complemented by friendly staff who provided helpful insights about the city. Breakfast offerings were delicious, too! 🌺
The elevator seemed a bit outdated, and accessing the upper levels required some effort.

A Hidden Oasis in Fes!
The Lucia Suite was stunning, with rich decor and a mesmerizing view of the tranquil garden. Younes and Monique's exceptional hospitality made us feel at home. I highly recommend the hearty breakfast, especially the fresh Moroccan pastries! Remember to take it easy on the stairs. opt for the ground floor if needed.

great stay but lacked some amenities

The room lacked a few basic amenities like extra toiletries.

The suite was elegantly decorated, exuding Moroccan charm, enhanced by the warmth of the staff who made exploring the area enjoyable. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring fresh pastries and delightful local breads that kick-started each day perfectly. However, the shower in our room had high tub walls, making it a bit inconvenient, and the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, which sometimes disrupted our plans. Also, the pool area could benefit from being larger to accommodate more guests comfortably.
